Hyundai Engineering & Construction (Hyundai E&C) put a total of 473 studio apartments up for sale at the Hillstate apartment complex in Daejeon's Yuseong District, the company said Thursday. It is the first studio apartment complex built near the popular tourist site of Yuseong Hot Springs in the metropolitan city.
The Hillstate Yuseong complex will house four 26-story buildings with three underground parking facilities. Most of the rooms are built facing south and they come in the largely preferred 84-square-meters size.
For the view and convenience of resident, the company built leisure facilities on the first floor and a parking garage from the third subbasement to the third floor. Residential units are located on the fourth floor and higher. There will also be indoor sporting facilities in the building, such as an indoor golf practice range and fitness center as well as a clubhouse and a reading room.
In addition, Hyundai E&C will provide various services for residents in accordance with their demands for a high quality of life there. The company will adopt hotel-style concierge services including breakfast delivery and room cleaning upon the time of residents' move-in. All services will be provided free of charge.
The company will further provide various regular services including housekeeping, childcare and car washing after consultation with residents.
There will be financial benefits for buyers to ease the costs when signing contracts. Hyundai E&C will provide a flat-rate system of 5 million won in the first down payment to its customers and a 5 percent interest-free loan as well as 50 percent interest-free loan in the medium term.
"Hillstate Yuseong is not only specially designed for convenience of residents but also offers hotel-style concierge services and various financial benefits. There is increasing interest from investors and buyers currently," a Hyundai E&C official said.
