Yoon to hold summit with Latvian President Rinkevics in Seoul next week

President Yoon Suk Yeol will hold a summit with Latvian President Edgars Rinkevics in Seoul next week, Yoon's office said Friday.

Yoon and Rinkevics are expected to discuss ways to enhance bilateral cooperation, including on the regional and international stages, according to the presidential office.

Latvia is a member of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization and signed a security agreement with Ukraine earlier this year, promising military support for Ukraine against Russia. (Yonhap)
