Ever since BTS began its indefinite hiatus in June 2022, its members have been busy pursuing their solo works. Their line of projects includes the song "Fast X" and the release of documentary films.
BTS' Jimin, who released his first solo album "Face" in March, lent his voice to a song in the 10th installment of the "Fast and Furious" series.
He collaborated together with American hip-hop artist Kodak Black and rapper NLE Choppa on "Angel, Part. 1." The full music video was released on Wednesday.
Jimin became the first ever Korean artist to feature on an original soundtrack for a "Fast and Furious" movie franchise release. He recently landed at No. 1 on Billboard's Hot 100 Singles chart with "Like Crazy" from his solo album "Face."
"Fast X" follows Dom Toretto (Vin Diesel) who confronts Dante Reyes (Jason Momoa), the villain who is out for revenge for the death of his dad and is determined to kill Dom's family. It made its global premiere in Korea on Wednesday.

Suga's documentary about his songwriting and life in and out of the spotlight highlights all his hard work and dedication to his music. He also discusses his personal struggles and concerns as an artist, producer and musician.
Suga kicked off his solo world tour in April, performing in nine cities around the world including the U.S., Indonesia, Japan and Thailand. The artist, who also goes by Agust D, will be holding a live viewing of his upcoming Japan concert in cinemas worldwide. In Korea, the concert will be available in 20 Lotte Cinema branches on June 3.
J-Hope's documentary follows the artist for around 200 days, documenting the journey as he produces his first solo album and makes his historic Lollapalooza debut.
The BTS rapper, who enlisted in the military in April, released his solo album "J-Hope in the Box" in July last year and performed at Lollapalooza 2022 as the first Korean act to headline the major U.S. music festival.
The two documentaries were released earlier this year via Disney Plus and Weverse. In Korea, these documentaries will be screened exclusively at Lotte Cinema branches. They will be subsequently released in the U.S., U.K. and Japan.
