HDC said Monday that the construction company is currently selling the 10th, 11th and 12th apartment complexes of Suwon IPARK City.
Located in Gwonseon-dong, Gwonseong District in Suwon, Gyeonggi Province, the Suwon IPARK City is a large-scale apartment complex brand that has gained popularity amongst new home buyers. HDC started selling the complex in 2009.
HDC said the Suwon IPARK City has many advantages because the area has a large population, which eventually improves settlement conditions such as transportation, education and convenience facilities.
The 10th, 11th and 12th complexes are comprised of 557 new apartments including 128 apartments and 429 "officetels," (a multi-purpose building with residential and commercial units) which can be used for both work and as a residence.
The 10th complex consists of three buildings with 128 apartments. All apartments have the same floor size of 84 square meters.
The 11th and 12th Suwon IPARK City complexes are 429 officetels that can be used as a residence. They are comprised of various housing types to meet different kinds of lifestyles of customers. There are eight buildings in the two complexes with various sizes ranging from 55 square meters to 84 square meters.
HDC said the Suwon IPARK City is gaining attention as it is an urban town that has various transportation services and facilities for education, living and leisure.
Consumers who will live in the complex can easily access Suwon Bus Terminal, an express bus station, and Seryu Station, a Line 1 subway station, on foot. They can also use an interchange that connects Osan and Seoul and the Great Train Express-C (GTX-C) line, which is slated to be built in the future.
HDC added the builder is also selling the Suwon IPARK Town, which consists of independent houses and houses that can also be used for commercial purposes. "Consumers of the new supplies can enjoy the urban infrastructure of the Suwon IPARK City as well," the company said.
