K-pop girl group XG went to New York to make a statement and ended up doing exactly that.
XG gave a sensational performance at the Head in the Clouds New York Music & Arts Festival (HITC), held in New York's Forest Hills Stadium on Sunday local time.
HITC is an annual music festival that has been held since 2018 in Los Angeles, Jakarta and Manila. On Sunday, XG got on stage and immediately got the crowd buzzing with their tracks "Tippy Toes" and "MASCARA." Dressed in all-black suits, XG delivered a flawless performance and was met with wild cheers among the spectators who began singing along with the group.
XG members Maya and Harvey exuded new school hip-hop vibes as they appeared in matching twin looks. They captivated the audience with their stage presence while showcasing the latest track "Two Tens." Jurin and Cocona took over the spotlight with another catchy cypher track titled "Nothing," blending old-school hip hop with trendy, more contemporary sounds. XG's main vocals Chisa and Juria followed up by delivering a mellow and harmonious cover of Justin Bieber's "Peaches." As the festival reached its climax, XG wrapped up its performance with a spectacular display of "Shooting Star" and "Left Right," leaving fans in awe.
XG has been keeping their fans occupied with a variety of content, including the documentary "XTRA XTRA" unveiled on their YouTube channel and a reality show titled "XG's Three Meals a Day" that was produced in collaboration with Mnet Digital Studio M2.
