A total of 746 apartments will be put up for sale in the Hillstate apartment complex in Incheon, according to building developer Hyundai Engineering & Construction (E&C), Wednesday.
The Hillstate Incheon City Hall Station complex will house nine 28-story buildings that each have three underground parking facilities in the city's Namdong District.
Anyone aged 19 or older can put in a subscription request to buy an apartment. They can take out a mortgage of up to 60 percent of the value of the apartment, as limited by the loan-to-value (LTV) ratio borrowing regulations.
A show home for Hillstate Incheon City Hall Station is open in nearby Ganseok-dong.
The complex is near where the construction of the GTX-B, a high-speed public transit line, is set to open in the first half of 2024.
A large number of residential and hotel accommodations as well as administrative services are available near the complex. Large department stores and retail chains are nearby, including Lotte Department Store, Lotte Mart and Homeplus.
Also located nearby is an industrial complex with 7,300 firms employing about 100,000 workers.
The complex is easily accessible by public transportation, mostly by subway. Commuters can use Incheon City Hall Station which is on both Incheon Subway lines 1 and 2.
Hospitals and clinics are within walking distance. Elementary and secondary schools are nearby, as well as the headquarters and regional offices of the country's top manufacturers, including Hyundai Steel, Doosan Infracore and Dongkuk Steel.
Other facilities under construction will improve the area in the future, the Hyundai affiliate said.
"The new apartment complex is in a busy commercial district," the firm said in a statement. "The apartments are built to be south-facing for increased sunlight exposure during the day, and their interior design is optimized for the convenience of residents. Other facilities will be constructed soon, improving the overall satisfaction of residents."
