With a new administration in Korea, we have an exciting opportunity to witness how new leaders and new policies can change the way the country is operated and the direction it is moving. Irrespective of your political inclinations, changes of this magnitude are always exciting and full of new opportunities and challenges for all citizens and residents.

If I were president
Growing up as a baby boomer in the United States, it was not uncommon for young children to aspire to be president. It was a different era in which the public at large tended to respect and revere the office of the president. Very few young people today, either in the U.S. or Korea, have such a dream.

Longing for the good old days
Over the past several decades, the world has changed at an amazing pace. But nothing has been as revolutionary as the transformation brought on by the pandemic. The way we work, play and interact with one another will never be the same. The technological developments of the recent two years and those on the horizon will continue to demand that we modify our approach to education, business, social interaction and how we manage and plan our social and financial security.
