Cine France in August

The French Cultural Center in Seoul is showing French movies under the theme of “Paris, where movies start” at Art Sonje in Jongno.
The movies with Korean subtitles are screening every Tuesday at 8:20 p.m. until the end of August.

This week’s movie is “Le Feu Follet (The Fire Within, 1963),” directed by Louis Malle, starring Maurice Ronet as Alain Leroy and Lena Skerla as Lydia.

In August, it will screen “Les Chansons d’Amour (Love Songs),” “Zazie dans le Metro (Zazie in the Metro),” “La Maison sous les Arbres (The Deadly Trap)” and “Une Vie de Chat (A Cat in Paris).”

The admission fee is 7,000 won for the members of the French Cultural Center and 8,000 won for others.
