The North Korean Red Cross, referring the entry of 20 North Koreans to South Korea by the Laos government, said it was a case of abduction by Cheong Wa Dae.

A spokesperson of the North Korean Red Cross told the Korea Central News Agency that South Korean President Park Geun-hye “ordered” the 20 North Koreans to be transferred to the Korean Embassy.

The spokesman said, “We believe that this is a criminal activity by the South Korean authorities involving its embassy and cannot be tolerated. It is an evidence that South Korea has no intention of improving ties with the North.”
