Ex-police chief under questioning: Former National Police Agency Commissioner General Cho Hyun-oh is surrounded by reporters as he enters the Seoul Central Prosecutors’ Office in southern Seoul Wednesday to be questioned over charges of defaming the late President Roh Moo-hyun. Cho claimed that the former president took his life in 2009 after the prosecution found his hidden bank accounts under a borrowed name. Roh’s family and the Roh Moo-hyun Foundation sued Cho for defaming the dead.
