Lady Gaga global tour kicks off in Seoul: U.S. singer Lady Gaga performs with dancers at the Olympic Stadium in southern Seoul, Friday. The performance in Seoul was the beginning of Lady Gaga’s global tour titled “Born This Way Ball” that will tour Asia and 21 European cities. Tens of thousands of her fans, both Koreans and foreigners, flocked to the concert. The concert was only open to adults. The government banned those aged under 18 from the concert ― her second in the nation ― after it was rated unsuitable for younger audiences.
