A specially-created five-course meal will feature red snapper carpaccio with calamata olives, garlic and extra virgin olive oil dressing; lima beans with garlic and tomato cream soup; ricotta cheese dumplings with olive oil, garlic, chili and arugula sauce; a choice of lamb rack marinated with red wine and vegetables served with deep fried garlic or deep fried king prawns flavored with herbs, garlic and chili; and fruit salad with mango sherbet. Lotte Hotel SeoulThe Lotte Hotel Seoul presents pastries created by three-starred Michelin Chef Pierre Gagnaire at its bakery Delica-Hans. Under the name “Pierre Gagnaire Patisserie a Seoul,” the star chef will showcase 12 types of cakes, tarts and cookies that best satisfy Koreans’ palate. They include caramel tart, mango tart, orange tart, lemon cake, macaroons and several kinds of verrine.
