The Hankook Ilbo, a sister paper of The Korea Times, Thursday promoted its vice president Lee Jun-hee to be president-publisher.
Lee, 58, joined the company in 1984. He served as the paper's managing editor and chief editorial writer before being named vice president in August last year.
Lee Young-sung, 54, an editorial writer, was named vice president. He served as the paper's managing editor. He joined the newspaper in 1987.
