Kumho Art Hall is featuring a performer every Thursday to spread classical music culture in Korea. Pianist Steven Osborne will be the next musician in this series. He was born in Scotland, studied at St. Mary's Music School in Edinburgh and later went to the Royal Northern College of Music in Manchester. To date he has released almost 30 recordings, winning accolades such as Recordings of the Year from publications such as The Guardian and The Daily Telegraph. Osborne has also performed onstage in prestigious recital halls like Carnegie Hall and the Suntory Hall in Tokyo. He will perform the works of Beethoven at this concert.

The second film of the widely beloved Harry Potter series will come to life in concert this November. The Korea Coop, a 70-member orchestra founded in 2014, will perform alongside a live screening of the film. The orchestra performed the live soundtrack of the first film back in June, as part of the "Harry Potter Film Concert Series" global tour by CineConcert, which has brought other film scores to the stage such as "The Godfather" and "Gladiator." The rest of the films in the Harry Potter series will also come to concert, giving fans a new experience of their childhood favorites.

NU'EST is a five-member boy band that debuted in 2012. The group consists of JR, Aron, Baekho, Minhyun, and Ren. Four of the members competed in season 2 of the audition program "Produce 101" in which Minhyun was selected for the final group, Wanna One. NU'EST has released two full-length studio albums, six mini-albums and many singles. The band has also won many awards including the V Live Awards for the Global Artist Top 10 category and the Brand of the Year Awards for Male Idol of the Year. The group will be holding a fan meeting and concert this November.

BTS World Tour 'Love Yourself: Speak Yourself'

As the final leg of its "Love Yourself: Speak Yourself" World Tour, BTS will be performing in Seoul. The seven-member group first debuted in 2013 and instantly gained attention for its synchronized choreography and hip-hop-influenced music that touched upon societal issues. The group has reached international fame, with over 15 million albums sold. They reached No.1 on the Billboard 200 chart three times in a year, a feat that only two other groups have ever achieved in history. The group was also the first K-pop group to be nominated for a Grammy Award and speak at the United Nations, both huge milestones for the Korean music industry.

American singer-songwriter Rachael Yamagata began her solo career in 2001. Prior to that, she was part of the group Bumpus for six years as a vocalist. She released her first studio album in 2004 and has since then released three more full-length albums, six mini-albums and many singles. Yamagata has collaborated with some of the world's most famous artists including Jason Mraz and Mandy Moore, and has also recorded tracks for many TV shows and films such as "How I Met Your Mother," "30 Rock" and "Dear John."

Aaron Parks is a jazz pianist from the U.S. whose incredible talent led him to study at the University of Washington at age 14. He later studied at the Manhattan School of Music and began his recording career while still a student. He has recorded several solo albums, been featured on Grammy-winning albums, and contributed to soundtracks for films like "Inside Man" by Spike Lee. In 2018, he introduced his new band, Little Big, which will be joining him for this concert.

One of the darkest musicals ever created, "Sweeney Todd" takes place in the Victorian era and is about Benjamin Barker, a barber who has returned to London after 15 years of exile. Angry and vengeful, he swears to wreak havoc on those who ever crossed his path, including the judge who sentenced him to his exile. He creates a new identity, Sweeney Todd, and begins his bloodthirsty quest for revenge. The lead role of Sweeney will be played by Cho Seung-woo, Hong Kwang-ho and Park Eun-tae.

Rock musical "Hedwig and the Angry Inch" follows a singer and her dreams to reach stardom. Born as Hansel Schmidt, the protagonist undergoes a sex change to marry Luther, a U.S. soldier. The operation goes wrong, and Hedwig must live with the consequences forever. The musical touches upon identity issues, the struggles of the music industry and the world of drag queens. This musical has been widely acclaimed and has won many Tony Awards.

"Dracula" is a Czech musical which made its debut in 1995 in Prague. The opening plot is set in 1462 in Transylvania, where Count Dracula lives with his beloved wife Adriana. When Archbishop van Helsing orders Adriana and Dracula's son to be killed, Dracula becomes furious and wreaks havoc on Transylvania. He becomes immortal and must live out the fate of a vampire, resulting in centuries of misery. The plot takes a turn when, 400 years later in Paris, Dracula encounters Adriana once again. The role of Dracula will be played by Shin Sung-woo, Im Tae-kyung, Um Ki-joon, and Ken from VIXX.

This musical first hit the stage in Japan in 2006 and is based on an original story by Shusaku Endo. It was adapted into a musical by lyricist Michael Kunze and composer Sylvester Levay. The story revolves around two women, the queen of France and a poor woman named Margrid Arnaud. Taking place in the late 18th century, the musical shows how the French Revolution drastically changed the status of these two women. Marie Antoinette will be played by Kim So-hyun and Sophie Kim, while Margrid Arnaud will be played by Chang Eun-ah and Kim Yeon-ji.

The Korean National Ballet was first established in 1962 and is the country's first professional ballet company. Their repertoire includes a wide range of performances including "Swan Lake," "The Nutcracker" and "Sleeping Beauty." They have also performed several original works such as "Prince Hodong" and "Hoi Rang," the latter of which they premiered for the first time this year. It is about a young female warrior who disguises herself to take her father's place in war. The ballet is choreographed by Kang Hyo-hyung and will feature music by composer Gustav Holst.

Every Saturday at 3 p.m., the National Gugak Center holds a performance showcasing traditional Korean music and dance. This series will take place all throughout 2019. Each week the series will exhibit the works of various gugak artists. Performances throughout the month of August will include the piri, pansori and sanjo. There will also be a traditional fan dance at the end of the month.

To celebrate a year since its opening, Oryu Art Hall will be holding a fall-themed concert featuring Ko Yeong-yeol and his band as the main artists, and Sung Seul-gi as a special guest. Sung attended Hanyang University and has appeared on "Immortal Song," a popular music program on KBS2. He has also made appearances on JTBC and Mnet and has won several competitions. The concert will feature pansori along with other forms of traditional Korean music.
