. have on은 ‘반지, 신발, 옷을 입고 있다’의『상태』, put on은 ‘입다’라는 『동작』을 의미
A: What kind of necklace do you have on? B : It’s made of pearls. It looks good with my blouse, don’t you think? A: 어떤 목걸이를 걸치고 있어? B : 진주로 된 건데 내 블라우스와 잘 어울리지?
■입어(신어)보다
Why don’t you try on this old sweater of mine? It might fit you. 내 옛날 스웨터 입어보지. 잘 맞을 거야.
I’d like to take these dresses into a fitting room and try them on. 이 옷을 탈의실로 가지고 가서 입어보겠습니다. . fitting room: 옷가게에서 옷을 입어보는 곳
By all means try the jacket on, but I think it will be too big for you. 물론 그 자켓을 입어보세요. 그런데 너무 클 거예요. . 사이즈를 알게 신어봐: Try on the shoes for size.
